More Coffee Shops In Hua Hin

views

When we first came to Hua Hin we found it quite difficult to find many decent cafes, but after a few months here we’ve managed to find lots more. Many of these are hidden down sois (side roads) that many tourists to venture, so are a bit of a local secret. For our original list, see Coffee Shops In Hua Hin.

Bakery Terrace

This is a really interesting place for both food and coffee, as it’s hidden down a very quiet soi right next to the Klai Kangwon Palace. There is lots of seating both inside and out, with the outside seating being particularly beautiful. Just look at that cheeky bear.

This place is also a hostel, with a bed costing from 350 baht ($11) per night.

Opening Hours: 08:00-20:00 every day

Nuch Coffee

You can see this place from the main road, as there is a big empty plot of land next to Soi 73. This café is a lot nice than it seems from the road, with ample seating inside and out. It’s surrounded by trees, so has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. As well as coffee they also sever a range of Thai food.

The Ritza Bakery Cafe

The Ritza has a great range of bread and desserts, including rye bread, which is usually difficult to find in Thailand. The café is in a very large space on the ground floor of Co=Working Space Hua Hin. The staff are friendly, but the prices are expensive. The most we usually pay for coffee in Hua Hin is around 70 baht, yet an iced latte cost 120 baht here. There was a 7% VAT charge added to that as well. For that reason, it won’t make it onto our list of regular hangouts. It’s a nice place though.

Address: 155/16 Nong Kae-Takiab (on the ground floor of Co-working Space)

Opening Hours: 08:00-20:00 every day

Row Hou8e Cafe

Row Hou8e Café (no, that’s not a typo) is part of a hostel. When we visited on a Saturday afternoon it was pretty busy. It feels more like a restaurant than a café though. The main seating is inside, but there is some outside seating as well. Staff are friendly and the coffee is good. It’s a short walk from our condo so we’ll be back regularly.

Address: 10/374 Hua Hin Soi 106 ( around 50 meters inside the soi on the right)

Opening Hours: Thu-Tue 08:30-18:00; Wed Closed

Inthanin

Inthanin is a chain of cafes similar to Amazon Cafe. While I don’t usually include these types of stores in reviews, I mention it here because there aren’t many options for air-conditioned cafes in the city center. This coffee chain doesn’t use straws, so that’s a good reason to support it. Hot Americano is only 35 baht ($1.10), so the cheapest we’ve found. There are two branches that we’ve seen in Hua Hin, with this one being near the market, making it a good place for people watching.

Address: Soi Sa Song (near junction with Hua Hin Soi 70

Opening Hours: 06:30-18:30 every day
